Mahmoud Amin Ya’qub Al-Muhtadi (aka “Abu Ala”), a 33-year-old Palestinian nationwide from Gaza and suspected terrorist residing in Lafayette, Louisiana, was arrested by the FBI earlier this month. Al-Muhtadi allegedly participated within the Hamas-led terrorist assault towards Israel on October 7, 2023
